Expanding Real Estate firm has finally come to the tri-state area. We have educational products that are in high demand that teach people many strategies in Real Estate such as Foreclosures, Shortsales, and Wholesales. Our top sale is $10,750 with an average of $1,000 a week, and $200 a sale.
We have a closing process that is one of a kind. The way our company works, is we hold a FREE WORKSHOP called the INVESTOR FORUM on Thursday nights in midtown Manhattan. At these seminars we showcase our ability to teach people real estate and capitalize on this downturn market with our educational strategies. At the end of the two hour seminar our team offers the guest a chance to attend a three day Real Estate Seminar called the Wealth Summit. The event costs $495, and allows a participant to bring a partner for free so they can actually split the cost, dropping the total to $250 each. The Wealth Summit is a three day all day event where participants will learn proven investment strategies from active real estate investors. This thing is selling like crazy all over the country!!!
At the end of the 3 day Wealth Summit our company flies in professional closers who’s only job is to close. These closers have been pre-screened and given an FBI background check. There job is to then unveil our company`s products. These products are wide ranging in use and price. Our lowest product is a business development tool that yields a $1,000 commission. Our top product is a REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COLLEGE which includes personal coaching and working with a mentor to close your first real estate deal, this product yields a $10,000 commission.
We are looking for motivated young entrepreneurs who can generate leads. These leads should come from people who want to learn real estate. We do in house training to show you how you can have people calling you, so you do not have to do any cold calling. We also train you what to say to leads on the phone. Therefore all you have to do is generate the leads, field their calls and steer them to the Thursday Night Investor Forums! Our companies system then does all the closing as explained above and you get paid!!!
